	Rooms for the participants can be booked by Hankyu Express International Co., Ltd.(HEI), the official travel agent at the following rates. For your best accommodation, it is recommended to submit [Application form] to HEI at the earliest. You are required to pay the total amount of the room charge in advance. No actual booking will be made for your requests without payment.
